The pulping system processes waste paper through crushing, stirring and concentration adjustment with pulpers, homogenizers, slurry pumps and other devices to make qualified pulp for molding.
The forming system uses molding machines, vacuum pumps, air compressors to vacuum adsorb pulp onto molds for shaping, then relies on air pressure to demold finished pulp trays.
